What will it cost me?

We offer both variable and fixed rates.
Our current rates are;

Variable Rates
16.50% for loans £3,000 to £10,000.
15.50% for loans £10,001 to £25,000.

Fixed Rates
16.75% for loans £3,000 to £10,000.
15.75% for loans £10,001 to £25,000.

Arrangement Fee 2% (minimum of £80)

Please note that if security is required for the loan additional fees will be applicable.
Whilst the majority of the loans will not need any form of security there may on occasions be a requirement. We will discuss this with you if need be.

In the case of Limited Companies we would take a directors guarantee and consider the need for a mortgage debenture.
