- Business plan including cash flow forecast, profit and loss forecast and personal budget
- Copies of last 6 months personal bank statements
- Copies of last 6 months business bank statements if an established business
- Copies of latest Annual and Management accounts if an established business
- Copy of bank decline letter - if available
- Copy of credit report from either Equifax or Experian
- Copy of identification
- Copy of recent utility bill
- Copy of full driving license IF the loan is to be used to purchase a vehicle
