Am I Eligible?

If you can answer yes to the following questions then we would love to hear from:

• Are you a start up or established business or social enterprise?
• Do you need a business loan and support?
• Are you unable to gain any or enough finance from typical mainstream routes such as banks or building societies?
• Is your business located in Sussex, Kent or Surrey?
• Are you aged at least 18 or a Limited Company?
• Have you got a written business plan that explains your proposal and demonstrates potential for viability? (this should include a 12 month cashflow and Profit forecast plus a personal budget summary either monthly or annual)

What can I use the loan for ?

More or less anything as long as it is legal and relates to your business.

Typical examples of what we have funded in the past are

• Premises Costs : purchasing / refurbishment
• Start Up Costs
• Stock
• Vehicles
• To bridge the gap of finance secured but insufficient for your needs.
• And many more

What am I not able to use the loan for ?

• Personal Expenses
• Research and Development
• Debt Consolidation. Business or Personal.
• Our Standard Loan cannot be used primarily or exclusively for Working Capital i.e. just to cover the basic running costs of your business
